Early Thursday morning, temperatures dropped below freezing, leading to sporadic rain-snow mixes and localized reports of snow in areas such as the northern Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Orangeville, and the Kitchener-Waterloo/Cambridge region.

Frost advisories are expected to persist into Thursday night, with temperatures forecast to approach or fall below freezing, especially in regions farther from the Great Lakes.

Next week will maintain a pattern more typical of April, with temperatures remaining below seasonal averages.
